Our law firm is fully conversant with dealing matters pertaining to Companies Act and rules made thereunder before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
With effect from 01.06.2016, all matters which were previoulsy dealt by Company Law Board(CLB) shall be dealt by NCLT .
Initially, NCLT i.e Tribunals constituted under Companies Act,2013 will have total of 11 Benches :
Two benches at Delhi and. One bench each at Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bengluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Further, it must be known that all issues pertaining to the companies having paid up capital of more than Rs 50 lakhs, will be listed before Principal Bench and/or NCLT Bench in New Delhi as per NCLT order vide 29th June 2016.
